Academic scholarships (ACER)
To be eligible for half (50%) and full (100%) Scholarships please register now:
- Apply for a Level 1 ACER Scholarship Test if your child will enter Year 7 or 8 in 2024.
- Apply for a Level 2 ACER Scholarship Test if your child will enter Year 9 or 10 in 2024.
- Apply for a Level 3 ACER Scholarship Test if your child will enter Year 11 or 12 in 2024.

Exemplary role model scholarships
Half (50%) Scholarships are available based on the following considerations.
One male and one female student per year level will be chosen based on their discipline record first, and on all teachers’ ranking of their model Islamic behaviour.
Student with any detention, suspension, uniform or lateness issue will not be considered.
This is a conditional Scholarship and any detention, suspension, uniform or punctuality issue that becomes apparent in the year may result in loss of scholarship with immediate effect.
Quran Scholarships
Half (50%) Scholarships are available based on the following considerations:
One male and one female student will be selected based on the following categories determined by the Quran Competition at the end of the year. The categories are:
- Recitation
- Juz Amma
- Memorization
Quran Scholarship is based on 50% Islamic Behaviour and 50% Quran Competition ranking.
Student with any detention, suspension, uniform or lateness issue will not be considered.
Any detention, suspension, uniform or punctuality issue that become apparent in the year may result in loss of scholarship with immediate effect.
Hifz Scholarships
CATEGORY A: Full (100%) Hifz scholarship criteria (years 7-12)
Students who have memorised the whole Qur’an are eligible to enter. The benchmark for this category is 90% and above. Successful applicants will be tested twice a year (Term 4).
CATEGORY B: HALF SCHOLARSHIP (YEARS 8-11)
Students who have memorized 5 Juz or more (excluding Juz 29-30) are eligible to enter. The benchmark is 70% and above. Successful applicants will be tested twice a year (Term 4).

Uniform store
Our school has a comprehensive uniform that is flexible across our different year levels and seasons (summer/winter), as well as sports and other occasions. Ilim College school uniform items can be purchased at two locations. Our uniform is supplied by Academy Uniforms with locations in Springvale and Thomastown.
